Premium Gel 27

The Premium Classic Builder Gel is a polymer light-curing material that, thanks to its strength, allows for significant nail lengthening. It contains photoinitiators that trigger the polymerization process when exposed to ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength. Features: Acid-free. Has elasticity and does not crack upon impact. Medium consistency. Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge. Suitable for the “no-filing extension” technique. Suitable for extensions using dual forms. Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp. Becomes thicker in cold temperatures and thinner when warm. Thixotropic — becomes thinner when worked with a brush. Can be additionally warmed to make the gel thinner. Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. If thinner than 1 mm, it may flex slightly, but this does not affect wear. Does not shrink and holds the arch well. Requires a Rubber Base as a foundation. Polymerization wavelength: 380–420 nm. UV/LED lamp power: 36–48 W. Recommended coating thickness: 0.5 mm at the free edge / 1 mm at the apex. Full curing time: 120 seconds.
