We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to request a return: Contact us at nailed.jena@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened nail products (polishes, gels, acrylics, tools that have been used) cannot be returned.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
